1. Purpose of Data Collection

By submitting this form, the Order collects the nominee’s name, email, and phone number.

This data is used to:

• Identify and appoint official Communication Officers at the Provincial and Primary Council levels.

• Facilitate direct collaboration between the nominee and the Order’s technical partners for digital projects.

2. Direct Contact Authorization

• Partner Engagement: Nominees will be contacted directly via phone or email by the Order's designated partners.

• Objective: To provide technical guidance, brand assets, and training for the Wix platform and outreach initiatives.

3. Data Storage & Security

• Hosting: All data is stored securely on the Order’s Wix platform.

• Access: Information is limited to the Supreme Council, the DSK (PJ), and authorized technical partners.

• Standard: Data handling adheres to the Order’s GDPR compliance protocols to mitigate risk.

4. Rights & Retention

• Data is retained only for the duration of the member’s service in this role.

• Nominees may request data removal or correction at any time via the Supreme Council.
