At The Order of the Knights of St Columbanus we want you to enjoy every book/product you purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, our refund policy outlines your options.

1. Books

• Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or with missing pages, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will offer you the choice of:

• A replacement copy (at no extra cost), or

• A full refund to your original payment method.

• Incorrect Item Received

If you receive the wrong title, edition, or quantity, notify us within 7 days. We will cover the return shipping and ensure the correct item is sent or refund you in full.

• Change of Mind

We accept returns of unused, undamaged physical books within 14 days of delivery.

• You must return the item in its original condition.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund (excluding original shipping charges).

2. How to Request a Refund

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Photos of the item (if applicable)

Our customer support team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

3. Processing Time

• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
